during Madrid Fashion Week

Set at the Palacio de los Duques de Pastrana, the afternoon celebrated the connection between Brazilian and Spanish fashion through colors, bold prints, eye-catching textures and live jazz.
For one afternoon, we brought together an eclectic mix of people from different corners of the world.
Brasil, España, Portugal, Mexico, Egypt, France, Italy, Peru, Chile… and all roads led to Madrid.
Representing the FARM Rio team, I gave a little speech to the guests. Looking towards a crowd smiling and dressing vivacious looks, I sang, even not being a singer, the opening verse of Wave by Tom Jobim.
Though knowing I was going to say a few words, decided not to script. Expressing what felt right in that very moment, one of the things that came out was the reflexion of the power, the potency, the sensibility of being in fine company. Specially one that is present and shares interests. In this case, fashion, strongly.
Also wanted to be a complement to Beatriz’s words, she’s the founder of Flabelus and spoke beautifully.
An afternoon filled with different cultures, accents and ways of translating the FARM Rio’s Fall Winter ’26 collection and Flabelus’ newest shoe styles.

Hand in hand with the Flabelus team, my contribution to this project was to built the guest list, manage dressing, brief image guidelines, establish discourse to tie everything together, write copies, create and realize a digital communication plan to share the event with the world.
